RealChange LLC. (“RealChange”, “Company” or “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your (“user”, “you”, “visitor”, a person who views, downloads, or interacts with any RealChange Site) privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide (collectively, “Your Data”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information when you visit the website realchangereports.com and any affiliate sites including social media outlets (our “Site”).

RealChange provides Services to individuals as well as to legal entities. RealChange may be Data Processor or Data Controller and Data Processor simultaneously. If RealChange is a Data Processor it processes the personal data in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Site. By accessing or using this Site, you consent to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of this Site after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

  1. Authorized Users of the Site

This Site is offered and available to users subject to the Company’s Terms of Service, https://realchangereports.com/termsandconditions, who are 18 years of age or older, and reside in the United States or any of its territories or possessions.

3. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.

If a partner or sponsor directly requests Your Data at their conference booths or presentations, Your Data will be handled in accordance with their privacy practices. We recommend that you review the privacy practices of such partners and sponsors.
  • Content for Blogs: Your Data and other information disclosed by you on our chat, blogs, message boards, contact forms, and other services or platforms may be used for the purposes of providing you and our customers with a forum to discuss our Services, improving our website or any other purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy and responding to your requests or providing you with support. Any information that is disclosed by you on the above mentioned services becomes public information and may therefore appear in public ways, such as through search engines or other publicly available platforms, and may be “crawled” by bots or searched by third parties. It could also be read, collected or used by other users to send you unsolicited messages. Please refrain to post any information that you do not want to reveal to the public at large.
  • Other Business Purposes. Purposes such as protecting our confidential and proprietary information may require the use of Your Data.

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.

  1. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Site and visiting your account profile page.

You may also send us an email at contact@realchangereports.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Site, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Site users. We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Any payment transactions will be encrypted.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Retention requirements can vary by country, so we generally apply the retention periods noted below:

  • We retain any information collected via cookies, such as Web Behavior Data, including but not limited to clear gifs, flash cookies, webpage counters and other technical or analytics tools up to one year from expiry of the cookie or the date of collection.   • Maine Privacy Rights
    The new law, An Act To Protect the Privacy of Online Customer Information(LD 946, to be codified at 35-A M.R.S. c. 94), prohibits ISPs from using, disclosing, selling, or permitting access to the vast majority of the information generated by a customer’s use of internet service. The Act protects a customer’s web browsing history, application usage history, precise geolocation information, device identifiers, the origin and destination internet protocol addresses, personal identifying information, and the content of a customer’s communications.
